Aimee is the founder and owner of Newton Industrial Solutions. With a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a deep passion for organizational excellence, she built NIS into a trusted regional leader in industrial lubrication consulting. Aimee drives the company's strategic vision, client relationships, and commitment to delivering measurable results for every plant we serve.
Tyler Beckett
Vice President, Consulting Services
Tyler brings a mechanical engineering degree and a portfolio of industry certifications to every plant engagement. He has worked across steel, food & beverage, chemical, and pulp & paper facilities throughout his career — developing a hands-on fluency in rotating equipment, lubrication systems, steam traps, and compressed air infrastructure. Tyler leads all technical consulting engagements for NIS.
